Apolo Anton Ohno cruised through his heat in the men's 1,500 meters tonight, advancing to Saturday's quarterfinals.
Coming off his silver medal Saturday in the 1,500, Ohno has six Olympic medals in his career. He needs one more to become the USA's most decorated Winter Olympian, surpassing Bonnie Blair, who won six medals in the 1988, 1992 and 1994 Olympics.
